At GoMotorBids, the shipping fees are easy!

For each listed item, you can see what the estimated shipping charges will be based on the delivery destination in the Payment & Shipping section for the listing.

The "cost to ship alone" (or the single item rate) is the estimated shipping cost you will pay if you only purchase one of the listed items by itself without any other items in your order.

The "cost to ship with other items" (or the additional item rate) is the estimated additional amount you will pay if the item is combined with other items in your order, as long as the other item does not have a special shipping charge. At least one item in your order that does not have a special shipping charge will be charged the single item rate.

For example, if one item costs $10 to ship alone, and $5 to ship with other items, and if a different item costs $7 to ship alone and $3 to ship with other items, buying both together will have an estimated total shipping cost somewhere between $12 and $13. The total shipping cost for your order is based on several factors including the total weight and size of the order and the shipping destination. 

Both the "cost to ship alone" and the "cost to ship with other items" are estimated costs. Even though these are estimates, we would expect these estimates to be very close to your actual shipping cost.

Once you login with your username and password, you can see what the total estimated shipping cost will be for your unpaid order and what the estimated shipping cost would be for all the auctions you are bidding upon.

All the items you win must be paid for in one week (seven calendar days). With a whole week to pay for your items, you have opportunities to reduce you shipping cost by combining other items in your order.

After you complete payment (or RoboPay completes it for you), GoMotorBids will try to process and ship your order within two or three business days, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Post Office Boxes

GoMotorBids cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.

United States Military Addresses

GoMotorBids delivers to United States APO and FPO addresses.

International Destinations beyond the United States

For destinations outside the United States , your order may take a little longer before it is shipped, but we will always try to get the order shipped within the week. When you specify a delivery destination outside the , you will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and other import fees that may be imposed. For some countries, GoMotorBids will collect these additional fees when you pay for your order and your order will be delivered with duties and taxes prepaid. In countries where GoMotorBids does not collect the duties and taxes, you pay all additional import fees upon receipt of your order to the agent authorized to collect the these fees.

Unpaid Orders

Members who don’t pay for their auction wins will be prevented from bidding and will also risk having their login revoked. GoMotorBids has this policy to keep all the auctions fair and prevent bids from insincere participants.

If your order only includes Get-It-New™ or Get-It-Now™ items, you still need to pay for your order within one week. After that time, any Get-It-New™ or Get-It-Now™ items will be removed from your order so that others may have the opportunity to purchase them. This policy is necessary because many of the items are in very short supply.

Special Shipping Charges

Some items may have a special shipping charge. Typically, this charge is for large items that require special arrangements. If an item has a special shipping charge, you can see the cost in the Payment & Shipping section.

Special shipping charges do not affect the single item rate and the additional item rates of other items. Any promotion that offers free or reduced shipping does not apply to any special shipping charge.

Sign Upon Delivery

With higher value shipments, GoMotorBids may deem it is necessary for you to sign for the shipment upon its delivery. In this case, your signature will be collected by the delivery courier.

Reporting Damage

Please report damage to your items in your shipment as soon as possible. Our customer service team will help you with the return process. More information about our return policy can be found here.
