Even though I don't live in the United States, can I bid on products?
At the present time, GoMotorBids does not ship to addresses outside the United States with the exception of U.S. territories and Canada.

If I place a bid and I make a mistake, or I decide later that I don't want the product, can I cancel my bid?
Yes and No. We do not encourage bids to be retracted once submitted. Please be sure to bid wisely. There are exceptions where a bid can be retracted. Please see our bid retraction policy for more information.
 
Can I purchase items outright at GoMotorBids?
Yes - there are certain items that are offered for fixed price sale only. These items are available in the Get it Now! section..
 
How do I purchase Get it Now! items?
To purchase using the Get it Now! option, you can choose to buy the product immediately at the fixed price it is listed at. If all quantities of the item are purchased using Get it Now!, the item listing automatically closes. Often, these are closeout items and once they are gone, they’re gone.

Items offered in the Get it Now! section will close as soon as the entire quantity for that auction has been purchased.

How can I pay for products at GoMotorBids?
GoMotorBids currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Auctions may also be paid for through PayPal. Visit www.PayPal.com for more info. We do not accept mail-in payments by checks or money orders. Payment must be made online.

I just won. How long until my merchandise arrives?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within two business days after you win. However, there are a number of factors that will affect the arrival time of your package.

How can I track my shipment?
You can track your packages by the tracking number that is sent to you via email after a product is shipped. You can also go directly to the shipper's website
and enter your tracking number once you have it to follow the progress of your package.

What is your return policy?
Unlike some other onine auctions, in an effort to achieve maximum customer satisfaction,, GoMotorBids offers the ability to return a purchase. We attempt to amke this as hassle-free as possible.
