From the time an auction ends where you are the high bidder, you have seven days to complete the "Pay & Ship" process. During this seven-day period, any additional items won in the auction will be combined into one shipment to save money on shipping. Do not complete Pay & Ship if you anticipate other auction wins and will want them to ship together.

The seven-day period resets every time you Pay & Ship. The seven-day period begins whenever you the high bidder of an auction item.
