Yes, you may combine multiple items from all auto and train categories into one shipment.

You have seven days from your first item win to be the high bidder on other items that may be in a shipment with the first. If you anticipate any item wins after an item win, wait! Do not complete the "Pay & Ship" process until you have all items that you wish to have in a single shipment. Once Pay & Ship is completed, an order will be processed and those items will be shipped, so no other items may be combined with the prior under any circumstances.

Remember, you have a one week timeframe to win auction items or select Get it New! or Get it Now! items for combined shipments.
