Denny Hamlin made his first appearance in the Nextel Cup Series in 2005 for Joe Gibbs Racing. In 2006, he ran his first full season in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series, driving the FedEx #11 Chevy Monte Carlo. He finished with two wins, eight top fives, 20 top tens, finished third in points, and was named the Raybestos Rookie of the Year.
This auction is for a replica of Denny's FedEx Kinko's Monte Carlo SS that he drove in eight races. In the 2007 Nextel Cup season, he managed to capture one win, 12 top fives and 18 top tens. Not bad for his second full year!
