Description:
Most collectors and NASCAR gans know that one of the hardest collectibles to come by for any driver is an authentic, race-worn firesuit. The teams usually only make less than a dozen each year, and after the season ends most of them wind up being displayed at the race shop or given to sponsors to display. So it's rare for one to be made available to the general public. And it's extremely rare for one from the high-profile drivers, such as the 4-time Cup Series Champion Jeff Gordon!

This race-used firesuit was one of a handful that Jeff Gordon actually wore during the 2002 NASCAR Winston Cup season. It features the "2001 Winston Cup Champion" embroidery on the right upper chest, making it even more valuable.

The firesuit was originally purchased by one of the owners of GoMotorBids.com at a charity auction that took place at our facility. Jeff Gordon was here that day for a personal appearance and to oversee the auction, and he personally signed the firesuit! It will include a GoMotorBids Certificate of Authenticity.
