Actually, that year he finished first three times that season. And ever since that first win, Johnson hasn't gone a season without being in victory lane. In 2005, Johnson had a great year - he had four wins, 13 top 5s, and 22 top 10s and finished second in points right behind Tony Stewart. Well, all that hard work paid off because in 2006, he was crowned the NASCAR Nextel Cup Champion!
