Kenneth Bryan Barnard ("Ken") was a passionate fan and customer of GoMotorBids.com. He passed away in February of 2008 and all of us here at GoMotorBids.com miss our friend Ken.

Ken was an avid fan of all things NASCAR, and really loved going to races and keeping up with the details of most of the drivers and teams. His brother Britt said, "He loved racing, as long as it had wheels and went fast…he loved it! He lived it, breathed it, and collected it; some of his happiest days were spent at the racetrack".

He also loved to collect unusual and rare items that occasionally surfaced in the NASCAR world. Many of those items were purchased from GoMotorBids.com and many are truly unique and rare items.

It is our privilege and honor to offer these items from the Barnard Collection at GoMotorBids.com.

Due to the size of this collection, we will be offering reasonable varieties of individual pieces over a period of several months. We will occasionally provide a preview of coming items, so one should check back often.

Ken left behind 3 beautiful and young children. Therefore, the proceeds from this sale return to Ken's Estate to provide for the future financial needs of these children.

Finally, with all items that Ken purchased from GoMotorBids.com, we have provided the original text of the listing and then made updates as necessary (for example, if the item's condition has changed). We wanted everyone to see how the item was originally listed, yet, in the case of items previously owned by teams or drivers; we wanted it to be clear that the majority of the revenue from these sales returns to the Estate of Ken Barnard.
